So. Just to clarify. THIS IS A 10 SECOND #TRANSFORMATION 🤓 I’ve seen some of my transformations being posted where people accuse me of faking “before and after”. THIS IS THE SAME MOMENT. Do people even read my captions sometimes?! 🤣 . Also, next one we have the photoshop accuser 🙃 hello you, have you taken a photoshop class and think that everything you see on social media is altered?! You wrong man, so swipe to see a video where I show how I “photoshop” 😊💋 . And then there is that one that says, why don’t she work hard to get the body to the right so she doesn’t have to pose🙃🙃………….🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫 I DO have the body to the right, but it’s also posture. So just cuz you don’t look like you do when you are flexing when you relaxed, you are “faking it” and need to work harder?! Kkkkkkkk🤯 . People pose, all the time. Do you want to tell me when someone takes a camera 📷 up to take a photo, you relax like a total potato 🥔?! I have never met one that does… . And there is the once saying I looked better on the “before” photo….. mmmm yeah okay.. THEY ARE TAKEN THE SAME MOMENT 🙂🙂🙂 ( this smiley and the upside down smiley 🙃 is pshyco smiley FYI).. . Okay, so this is TWO days on my diet 😍👏🏻. . Nah not really! 😂 before I go any deeper in my cap, pls zoom in and count how many double chins I have. 🙃 . So this is what POSTURE does. Gives you a waist and bum ( but todo it more extreme I’m doing the “insta pose”) 🙌🏻👏🏻 the left photo, me pushing hips forward, slouching and generally like a sack of potatoes 🥔 🤓 which taste good, but you shouldn’t turn into one ☝️. . Second photo, smile, twist that arse to the camera 📷 and BOOM 💥 you have a waist and bum! Is this pose comfy, nope, is it maintainable, nope, but is it good for one photo?! HELL YEAH! But I must say, that leg I’m pulling back is looking hella weird?! 😂looks like freaking half the size of the on in front?! 🤓🙌🏻 . Anyhow, you guys always say my waist is so tiny, and yeah, through posing!! Even if I’ve gained some since Dubai, I can still work those angles! . This is my #TRANSFORMATION 😮 . 10 seconds that is 🙈 I know I’ve show it before. But I felt like this was a new angle on it. Bare in mind I’ve just eaten breakfast and had 2l of water in me after my workout, but still 😎 . Someone sent me a message, asking if I was pregnant 🤰 just cuz I posted a video like the top on. FYI I’m not pregnant (sorry to disappoint some of you routing for small sishys 🙈😍). . It’s NORMAL to swell up and bloat after food/drink. Your obvs gonna get bigger relaxed if you drink 2l of water 💦 and eat! But that does NOT make you fatter! Stomach change shape ALL THE DARN TIME!!! 🙃🙌🏻 . It would be nice looking like the bottom 24h out of the day, but literally impossible! So let’s embrace all shapes and looks, the main thing is to have a healthy gut from within 🙌🏻💋 . Now, time to get this “preggers” belly in the shower 😍 imma sing to my food baby 👶🏼 #weightloss #ibs

YOU GUYS!! I get so many messages about your “problem area” with rolls, stomach hanging over when you bend over or lie on the side. STOP 🛑 🙆🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️ . Look at jelly belly bending over, I have ROLLS 😍❤️ and it’s completely normal. I might have a few creeping abs, but my stomach looks very different from time to time! Haha.. 🙃☝️ . I just wanted to show this. Don’t be so hard on yourself for being normal. If you have a body that’s working and keeping you healthy, BE HAPPY! 💆🏼‍♀️💋 . I feel so much better since I stoped worrying about if my tummy was hanging over my pants… why would it matter?! 🙆🏼‍♀️🙌🏻 . Ps. That pose to the left feels very unnatural. Hahaha!
