LOL i cant believe i have to post this but i’ve been getting so many nasty comments recently that i’ve had to block a few words. a lot of people feel it necessary to leave rude comments or DMs saying that my thighs are fake/photoshopped so i’ve provided a video for you to see that they are, in fact, not! although many people might view this as a compliment (you’re so skinny it HAS to be fake!), i have gone my whole life being humiliated and judged by others who don’t understand that i am just naturally skinny and lanky. my weight is the first thing people attack. this led me to want to gain weight- which isn’t my body type at all. i tried and failed miserably! since i’m already making this post i would like to take a moment to talk about body positivity and how we view our bodies, especially teenage girls. leaving a comment or mentioning someone’s weight is a very touchy subject as you never know what that person is going through. i try my best to not judge but only compliment someone’s physical features, since most of the time they can’t be changed. Please also realize that everyone is human and has their own perception of their body. Many smaller girls want to gain weight, and many bigger girls want to lose weight. I know very few people that are completely happy with their body. I know that many of you are younger girls and it is so important that you look at YOUR body and love it, instead of imagining yourself as someone else. Also realize that people post their best angles and lighting online- it’s true that you can drop or gain pounds depending on the mirror. recently i have received emails from many companies trying to sponsor me to sell their teas or weight loss products. ever since i was young i was skinny! when i was 7 people asked me if i was anorexic- i didn’t even know what that was. i have never had to ‘try’ to be skinny. up until last year i ate fast food and candy every single day, until i decided to stop for the sake of my health. if i wanted to make easy money i could’ve lied and posted for those companies, but i decided not to because there’s nothing for me to gain.
